Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. We all have stories, and I would be honored to be a part of yours. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), and I work with a variety of clients, with a particular focus on teens and young to middle-aged adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression.

I take a narrative approach to counseling, emphasizing your unique story and exploring how the factors around you have shaped your experiences. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe that healing begins in a safe space where you can show up authentically and feel fully seen and known.

Together, we will explore your story, uncover your strengths, and build practical tools to help you move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. You don’t have to carry it alone. I look forward to walking alongside you in this journey.
